AAC ID Solutions can now provide a complete solution for Eye Catching, High Quality PVC and Plastic Cards to meet your needs. We can design and print cards of different sizes, printed in either Full Colour or Mono.
What differentiates our cards from others is that ours are printed directly onto the card and are not Laminated. (The problem with Lamination is that the laminate can easily separate from the card creating shabby looking cards). This is why AAC prints DIRECTLY onto the Plastic Card, providing a quality and durable finish.
 We use several printing methods including Direct Digital Printing, Screen printing and Offset printing depending on the quantity and outcome required.
Our standard Plastic cards are the same thickness and size as a Credit Card 86mm x 54mm and .76mm thick, and we use high quality inks throughout the process. And we can also provide a quotation for any custom sized Plastic Card.
 These cards can be used for a variety of purposes – as Plastic Gift Cards, Plastic Membership Cards, Plastic Loyalty Cards, VIP Cards, Plastic ID Cards or Badges, Photo ID Cards. Student Badges, Staff Badges, Event Passes, Plastic Fundraising Cards, Plastic Promotional Cards, Plastic Business Cards, Access Cards, Discount Cards, Smart Cards, Blank Cards and for many other uses.
The PVC and Plastic cards can include features such as Magnetic Strips, Signature Panels, Barcoding, Sequential Numbering, Holograms, Hole Punching, Security Scratch-offs, Foil stamping and embossing.
 If you need to print different Names or Variable Data onto the cards, AAC can do this for you.
AAC can also provide Clear Plastic Cards, Frosted Plastic Cards, Pre-Coloured Plastic Cards and custom sized cards.
